Nadlan Online for Zoom

Overview

Nadlan Online is a digital-signing service for real-estate agencies and law offices. Its Video meetings screen keeps the meetings a user schedules with the participants of a deal. With Zoom connected, the user can have a meeting created in their own Zoom account in one step — from the Video meetings screen or from the remote-signing dialog — and the meeting's join link is kept with it in Nadlan Online.

Prerequisites

• A Nadlan Online user account (provided by your office's administrator).
• A Zoom account (any plan) for the user who will host the meetings.

Adding the app

1. Sign in to Nadlan Online.
2. On the home screen, open Settings (הגדרות).
3. Under Video meetings (פגישות ועידה), next to Zoom, click Connect (חיבור).
4. A Zoom sign-in window opens. Sign in to the Zoom account that should host your meetings, review the permissions and click Allow.
5. The window closes and Settings shows Connected (מחובר) with your Zoom account's email address.

Each user connects their own Zoom account; one user's connection is never used for another user's meetings.

Using the app

From the Video meetings screen

1. On the home screen, open Video meetings (פגישות ועידה) and click New meeting (פגישה חדשה).
2. Choose the participant, the date and time and the length, and optionally a description.
3. Choose Create a Zoom meeting (יצירת פגישת Zoom) and click Save.
4. Nadlan Online creates a scheduled meeting in your Zoom account and lists it with its join link: Join opens it, Copy copies the link to send to the participant.

From the remote-signing dialog

When sending a document for remote signing, click the Zoom button on the "Video meeting with the signer" line. A meeting starting now is created in your Zoom account, and its link is added to the signing invitation sent by email or SMS.

Editing and deleting

Editing a Zoom meeting in Nadlan Online (its time, length or description) updates the same meeting in Zoom. Deleting it in Nadlan Online deletes it in Zoom as well.

What the app does with your Zoom account

• It creates, updates and deletes only the meetings you schedule through Nadlan Online.
• It reads your Zoom account's email address (to show which account is connected) and user ID (to recognize Zoom's notice when you remove the app).
• It does not read your other meetings, recordings, chats or contacts, and does not invite anyone or send messages for you.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted. Details: the Privacy Policy, section 6.

Removing the app

Either of these removes Nadlan Online's access to your Zoom account:

• In Nadlan Online: Settings → Video meetings → Disconnect (ניתוק) next to Zoom. Nadlan Online revokes its access at Zoom and deletes the stored tokens at once.
• In Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find Nadlan Online and click Remove. Zoom notifies Nadlan Online, which deletes your connection and its tokens at once.

After removal, Nadlan Online can no longer create, change or delete Zoom meetings for you. Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account, and the meeting entries you scheduled stay in Nadlan Online until you delete them. You can connect again at any time from Settings.
